Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:

We require someone with great customer serviceexperience to help triage new clients to the appropriate therapist based on anevaluation of the client’s needs, therapist’s background and availability. Theideal scheduling coordinator is detail oriented and will effectively trackinbound calls, verify clients’ eligibility, and respond to phone calls andemails in a timely fashion. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsare a must.

Qualifications:

• Previous mental health office or behavioral health experience required.
• 1-3years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiencyin using scheduling software or platforms, such as TherapyNotes,SimplePractice, or Kareo (a plus).
• Abilityto manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail.
